Women Grocers of America held its sold-out 2026 Symposium in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, bringing together 100 women from independent retailers, wholesalers and industry partners. Hosted and sponsored by Ecolab, the event included leadership development, peer networking and discussions on food traceability, cybersecurity and shrink. Attendees also toured Ecolab's labs and learned about its work in food safety, water management and pest prevention.
